If you would like to adjust your order quantities, please email your Account Manager or call the office on 1300 SHORTY (746 789) and speak with one of the Shorty’s support team. Orders can be changed no later than 4pm the day before delivery.
You can arrange for additional items to be delivered with an order you have already placed. Create a new order with the additional items, and select the delivery date and time to be the same as for your original order. This must be done before the cut-off time of 4 pm on the day before delivery.
